The names of those recommended for criminal prosecution and the numbers recommended in the final grand jury report remain sealed by judicial order.

Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis has yet to announce whether the people will be charged in the investigation.

But part of a grand jury report released last week concluded that “one or more witnesses” may have lied under oath when jurors testified to a panel last year. The grand jury recommended that Willis pursue criminal perjury charges in these cases.

“We fully support our report as a result of our decision and conclusion,” Coles said. Associated Press in an interview.

Willis has been investigating Trump, his campaign lawyers, and others since early 2021 for attempts to reverse defeat with President Joe Biden in georgia.

Mr Trump has denied wrongdoing.
