CNBC’s Jim Cramer said Monday that most of the sellers have already left the market. This means that stock turmoil may be alleviated.

“For me, this crazy scrambling to anticipate negativeness is a sign that the bad news is … almost burned,” he said.

“Everyone is struggling to get out of this market ahead of time, but at this point I think a lot of the people who were trying to sell are already gone. This will give us some fun surprises in the future. It means you can get it, “he added.

Key indices fell on Monday ahead of a busy week of corporate earnings.

“Flirt“The host said he is paying close attention to the Consumer Price Index, Producer Price Index and Retail Price Index, which will be released this week.

“I think these numbers get too hot …. But I’m also expecting some early signs of cooling,” he said.

“These data points are something everyone is afraid of, and when everyone petrifies, it tends not to be a story, and buyers come after a big bad event,” he added. ..

He also reviewed this week’s earnings slate. All revenues and revenue estimates are courtesy of FactSet.

Tuesday: PepsiCo

  • Revenues for the second quarter of 2022 will be announced at 6 am EST.8:15 am ET conference call
  • Forecast EPS: $ 1.74
  • Expected revenue: $ 19.51 billion

Kramer said he believes beverage giants will tell a good story as input costs for corn and aluminum are falling.

Wednesday: Delta Air Lines

  • Forecast EPS: $ 1.66
  • Expected revenue: $ 12.25 billion

Cramer predicted that consumers haven’t finished spending money on their trips.

Thursday: JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Konagra Brand, Cintas

JPMorgan Chase

Kramer said he liked JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley ahead of their quarter.

Konagra brand

  • Forecast EPS: 63 cents
  • Expected revenue: $ 2.93 billion

“Here, especially thanks to working from home, value propositions are very compelling,” he said.

Cintas

  • Earnings announcement for the fourth quarter of 2022 before Bell.10am conference call
  • Forecast EPS: $ 2.68
  • Expected revenue: $ 2.01 billion

Kramer recently said he only listens to company conference calls to check the pace of job creation.

Friday: Wells Fargo, Citigroup, BlackRock, UnitedHealth

Wells Fargo

  • Forecast EPS: 83 cents
  • Expected revenue: $ 17.54 billion

At the current price of the stock, “Wells Fargo has little to lose and much more to gain.” He said.

According to Kramer, there are banks that are better owned than Citi.

Kramer said he likes BlackRock at the current price.

UnitedHealth

  • Forecast EPS: $ 5.21
  • Expected revenue: $ 79.68 billion

He hopes UnitedHealth will have a great quarter, but Kramer said he likes it. Humana For a charitable trust.
